FAQ SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • SWEDISH ORDERS

The shipping fee within Sweden is 49 SEK. All orders over 999 sek is always free of charge, no matter what country you want to ship to.

Delivery time Sweden: 1-3 work days. 

Swedish orders are shipped with Postnord or DHL and are delivered to your door or your nearest dedicated delivery depot. You will be notified by sms or e-mail when your package is ready for pick up.

  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We deliver all over the world.

Delivery time Europe: 3-6 work days. 

Delivery time Australia/ US/ Canada: 5-10 work days.

The shipping fee for international orders will be added and presented in your currency at checkout:

Within Europe: €6, 

Outside Europe: 6 USD. 

International orders will be sent out via Fedex or Postnord, dependent on size and weight. Once your order has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.

During Swedish holidays and collection launches the delivery time may be longer than usual.

  • DO YOU HAVE A STORE I CAN VISIT?

Elly Pistol is a digital brand and our online store www.ellypistol.com is the only place in the world where you buy original, genuine and authentic Elly Pistol clothes.

  • WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?

A PRE-ORDER means that a specific item or size sold out really fast and due to many requests from our customers we decided to produce a few extra. When the stock status says PRE-ORDER it means that the item is in production and on its way to us. 

By placing a PRE-ORDER you are reserving one of these and making sure that you will get a hold of a copy before it sells out again. As soon as the items reach our warehouse we will send it to you with priority.

  • SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are added to your order and displayed in the total cost of your order. Shipping rates do not includ import fees that may be charged when the package reaches your destination country. 

  • MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, don't panic, we're here to help. Contact us and we will help you check the status of your delivery. Please state your order number and the tracking ID you received in your order confirmation message.

Your package may already be waiting for you to pick it up at your local delivery depot. Check if you have received an sms, e-mail or delivery notice from the carrier.

  • I HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION

  • If you have not received an order confirmation from Elly Pistol please check your spam filter to see if it has been marked as spam. If not please contact us and we'll help you.
  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We are very quick with processing orders and we ship as fast as possible so if you want to cancel your order, you must contact us as soon as possible! Your order can be cancelled as long as it hasn't been shipped.

  • UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

Uncollected packages are subject to an additional fee of 170kr (€20) charged by the carriers. This fee and the corresponding shipping costs for the return of the package to Elly Pistol will be charged the customer.

  • CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

We are unable to cancel or change any part of your order including the delivery address or payment method once your order is complete.
