We accept exchanges and refunds on all our pieces within 14 days from the delivery of your package!
If you intend to return a product, you pay for the shipping which costs 49 SEK. Contact us for a return label. Customers outside Sweden always arrange the return shipping themselves.
We only ask that the following requirements are met:
The Elly Pistol products must be returned in perfect condition and shall not have been worn, used or washed in any way.
The products must be returned with original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product.
Refunds will be issued excluding any shipping fees that may occur when returning a product.
How do I return?
Returns are really easy. Just fill out thecontact form, or send an email with your order number to [email protected]. Within 24 hours monday- friday we will email you with all the details you need.
Before you return anything to Elly Pistol make sure you have gotten a reply from us. Products returned without a reply from us will NOT be accepted.
It is VERY IMPORTANT that you include your Delivery Note that you received with your package. Without this information we cannot process your return.
Your return must be handed in to the postal service and on it's way to us at the latest 14days counting from the day you received your item.

WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?
We have a warehouse based in the south of Sweden, specifically chosen to facilitate all of our Returns.
We will provide you with the full address and give you all the details you need as soon as you have filled out the contact form or emailed us your order number to [email protected].
CAN I CHANGE TO ANOTHER SIZE?
Of course dear!
The quickest way to get a new size (or new item) is to simply make a new order of the size you want, and then make a return of the wrong size. That way we can ship the new size (or new item) immediately and you will not have to wait for your return to reach us first.
When you have placed a new order, just fill out our return sheet and we will get back to you ASAP with a return number.

WILL YOU RETURN MY SHIPPING FEE?
Any shipping fees that may occur when returning a product is the Customer’s responsibility. The cost of the merchandise alone will be refunded unless an error occurred on the part of the Elly Pistol shop.
Please note, that additional duties, invoice fees, taxes, or any additional charges you may have will not be refunded by the Elly Pistol store.
WHEN WILL YOU MAKE THE REFUND?

Yes, of course. Email us at [email protected] and we'll help you out. You can also log in to My Account, click on your order history and print your order confirmation.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
We try to be as quick as possible, but it can take up to 2 weeks before we are able to process your return.
This depends on what time of the year it is or if we currently have a high demand on our products. When we have processed your return we will email you and let you know. Please allow us 2 weeks before contacting us.
